An hour that is only yours
For adults who are used to being the one everybody leans on.
Sessions are 50 minutes, one adult and one clinician. You choose what we talk about and in which language. Your clinician explains the method they use, which draws on cognitive behavioral and family systems ideas, and you can ask about their training at any time.

What it is like, and what it is not
What a session is like
Mostly conversation. Your clinician asks, listens and sometimes suggests something to try before the next session. You can say no to anything.
What it is not
It is not advice from a relative, a favor to the family or a place where someone decides for you. We do not diagnose in the first session and we do not prescribe medication.
How often, and for how long
Weekly or every other week to begin. Your clinician sets the pace with you and does not promise a number of sessions.
How it is paid
You pay for each session yourself, and your fee is given to you in writing before you start. See how fees work for receipts and the Good Faith Estimate.
