What happens before, during and after

  1. 01

Step 1: Before: a short call about fit

Fifteen minutes about languages, times and who you would like to see. It is not therapy, an evaluation or an assessment. You can ask anything, including how we handle family.

  2. 02

Step 2: Before: your estimate and your forms

We send your fee and a Good Faith Estimate in writing, and a short privacy notice. Any intake forms come from our own portal, not from this site.

  3. 03

Step 3: During: you decide what to share

Your clinician explains how they work and where confidentiality ends. Then you talk, in English, in Spanish or in both. Nobody asks for your whole history.

  4. 04

Step 4: During: how long it lasts

An individual session is 50 minutes and a couples session is 80.

  5. 05

Step 5: After: the pace and the next time

You and your clinician agree on how often to meet. You can change the pace, change clinician or stop.

  6. 06

    Step 6: After: paying

You pay by card at the end of the session. At month's end you can ask for a receipt to send to your plan.

A room with room for you

The room is quiet, with armchairs, a round table and a window. If you would rather meet by video, we will tell you how it works before the first session.
